CHITS is an open source, web-based electronic health record system. To run it, you will need a server and at least one client.
- Server requirements: Linux (Ubuntu recommended), Apache webserver, MySQL database, PHP Hypertext Preprocessor
- Client: any operating system running Firefox web browser
